KronaTools¶
Krona Tools is a set of scripts to create Krona charts from several Bioinformatics tools as well as from text and XML files.

The overview below shows which KronaTools installations are available per target architecture in EESSI, ordered based on software version (new to old).
To start using KronaTools, load one of these modules using a module load command like:
